How do I turn on Active Directory authenticantion?

This is only available in the Premium Edition and needs to be used as a clean install from the start as you can not switch to it once you start using your forum as the two login systems are not compatible.

Once you have the Premium Edition you enable Active Directory Integration by editing in notepad the file functions/functions_windows_authentication.asp and follow the instructions in that file.

I have the premium edition, and I have a clean install.  I have changed the flag to true, but I am still getting an error:
 
Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occurred while reading Authenticated User's, username from Windows Server.
Please check that are using a Windows Authenticated Login System and you are NOT browsing this site anonymously.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_SQLServer_windowsAuthentication()_get_AUTH_USER
File Name:- functions_windows_authentication.asp

Do you have Active Directory setup and is the forum installed on a search which is part of you active directory?

If so you need to turn off anonymous browsing in IIS so that people are forced to login with their Active Directory login to view the website the forum is installed on.
