found just a little bug in javascript function check form in forgotten_password.asp

should be usrInput not name... like this:

" function CheckForm () {

var errorMsg = "";
var formArea = document.getElementById('frmMailPass');

//Check for a Username
if (formArea.usrInput.value=="") ..... "
