Hello,

I am using Microsoft OneCare to back up my files on to an external hard drive. When I try to view the OneCare folder, I get the following message:

L:\Windows OneCare Backup\ [computer name] is not accessible.

One Care does not have an option to delete a previous backup. I searched the web, but had no success. Has anyone come up with a solution? Please share.

I would suggest contacting Microsoft support about this issue.

Although I have read that Once Care is being dropped and Microsoft now have free products that do the same thing.
