Subject: File upload problems

When uploading a file, all sems to go well until the end, then I get this message:-

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

/functions/functions_upload.asp, line 155

I have set the permissions on the upload folder, but what other files are updated in this process?

This error usually means that the upload component that you are trying to use is not installed on the server.

Problem solved, my service provider gave me the wrong info, wrong upload programme.

It's interesting to note that all my problems so far have been caused by my service provider, not by Web Wiz Forums.

Out of five questions I have needed to ask them, they have givem me four incorrect answers from their helpline.
