Is there a way to prevent 'anonymous member' viewing of the forum?

Members listed as anonymous in the active users list to non admin's are members who have unchecked the option to be shown in the active users list when logging in.

Yes, I figured that. Is there a way to prevent a member from taking the anonymous route? No big deal if it is not possible.

On another note, here's another question. I have my forum set with Guest Sessions off, and that is working well. However, I would like to have the Active Users set to on, but when I do, non-registered users, i.e. guests, can see the list of those who are active on the forum.

Is there any way to prevent non-registered guests from seeing the "Active Users" section of the forum?
