I am a forum administrators for some time we upgraded to version 9.08 of the forum since the forum as many problems and reading the letters that go wrong

The forum is not my property, the owner has very abandoned and I'm pretty sure they do not want to follow, but a group of users are willing to continue with because it is very important for us

My questions are:
I like administrators can update the forum?
to put it in Spanish which is what should I do?

There are Spanish translations of the language files in the language files forum:-

You may also find that you need to edit in notepad the file includes/setup_options_inc.asp and change the page encoding to one that supports Spanish.

Both these changes need to be made on the server, so you would need FTP access to the server to make the changes.
