How do I change the post sort order so the newest posts are at the top? I must be blind but I tried to find this answer to no success. Go ahead and tell me I am blind but please tell me how to change the order.

See where it says Author and then Message ?
click on message and that will sort the post order

Can I make it default to show the last post at the top for everyone?

Unfortunately not as flat style boards like this people are use to reading posts in the order they are posted. If you swap the default order for everyone then most people will get confused.
