Subject: not all toolbar icons work

I've just installed the RTE editor, however, the toolbar icons - Insert Hyperlink, File Upload, Insert Image, Insert Table, Special Characters and Emoticons - don't do anything. Would anyone be able to tell me please what it is that I have forgotten to do? Thanks.

Try reinstalling the files again as they should work and not heard of anyone else with this issue
