Hello,

I am looking for a web-based Issue Log/Manager (a.k.a. Bug Tracker or Support Ticket System) for a medium sized company, which has Operations and Development personnel in different parts of the world.

This could be as simple as what many ISPs use for collecting and managing client "trouble tickets". So, would any of you have recommendations for me? HTML and ASP based solutions would be preferred.

The WWG Forum is wonderful; and great for threaded conversations. But, it does not allow for a ticket system.

We need reports on how many tickets were opened and closed in a particular period of time, reports by individuals, projects, etc.

The Ticket or Helpdesk system is a different application. See http://www.liberum.org/ or http://www.perldesk.org/ for examples.
