When viewing the public forums on my site, while logged in as "Administrator", some topics are displaying duplicate. These topics change when I leave the website (showing in duplicate today, other times not).

How do I take away the option to upload files?

When I "insert a hyperlink", is there a way to also rename the link, instead of showing the actual URL link?

1. Sounds like a permissions issue. log into the admin area and reset the permissions for your forums by resubmitting them.

2. In the upload settings page of the admin area, un-select the groups you do not wish to allow to upload

3. If you type some text, then highlight it using your mouse pointer, then click the Add Hyperlink button the highlighted text will become the hyperlink text.
