Hello,
I just upgraded from 8.x to 9.6 yesterday. (Free edition) Everything went very smoothly. However, after a while (15-30 minutes), the home page of the forum redirects me back to the setup page. I run the setup again and it tells me that the database has already been upgraded. I am not sure where to begin here. I installed it on a server that I have full access to. So I can check anything. Any ideas?

I talked to the server admin and there was some server replication going on. My database_settings.asp file was getting overwritten. Sorry for the pointless post. |
