how Can I activate the password protect forum options, i cand find it in the control panel

When you create a new forum or edit and existing one in the admin area there is an option top create a password, just under where your enter the forums description.

However for better security I would recommend noting using a password for the forum and instead use the permission system to allow members or groups access to the forum.
