Hi,
 
Any idea why I get an javascript error in IE7 and 8 While everyhing wordks fine in IE6.

Can not replicate the problem here so must be an issue with the way you have setup the RTE.

There are some reserved words in JavaScript so you may need to change some of the names of your form elements and make sure they also have ID's.

When I read the subject title of this topic I was like huh?!
 
Speaking of IE 6 vs IE 7 or 8.... IE6 is very insecure and is very very outdated. There are also features and benefits in IE 7 & 8 that are not supported in IE 6, such as tabbed browsing, support for PNG images, and more...

I don't believe any such errors exist and since this program has been tried, tested and approved
I have to agree with iSec on this but will look again tomorrow
