Hi, I just need to know what format one needs to upload mass emails to your email account. I have tried with a csv file without success. And how does any file need to be formatted, ie with tables and column headings etc.

Not really sure what it is that you are trying to do.

Please fill out a support ticket from your Client Area account with more information including account details so we can have a look for you at what the problem is.
