When a forum user replies or creates a new post the in the Insert image window its show the web folder not his disk folders!!!! Is this a bug or not?

This is how it is meant to work as you can only include images in your posts which are uploaded to the Internet, you can show images in posts if they are sitting on your harddrive.

If you have image uploading enabled their will be a browse button at the bottom of the window which will allow you to upload images to the users web folder, so that the user can add them to their posts.
