Nothing is coming up.. I type mydomain.com/forum and the install page doesnt come up, only the directory full on files.

I'm using win xp pro and yahoo hosting. Would could have gone wrong?

Web Wiz Forums will not run on Yahoo Hosting as they use Linux servers not Windows.

You need a Windows web hosts that supports ASP and meets the requirements for the software:-
