I've uploaded the Screwturnwiki application to my webspace. I created an MS SQL Server database, set up a user. Then I set up all the connection string stuff (host, database name, username, password) in the web.config. I've triple checked all of these parameters.

However, when I first run the application, it should go through the process of creating all the relevant tables for the wiki. However, it doesn't. It throws an error

Login failed for user <username>

and then displays the stack trace:

[SqlException (0x80131904): Login failed for user 'elmsadmin'.]

Anybody know why it's not letting me access the database? has anybody managed to get Screwturn Wiki running on their site?
