Hi - what is the recommended way of backing up a Web Wiz foum? I don;t just want the DB backed up but all the files I modded too?

How you backup depends on allot of things.

Your web host may already do backups of your database and files, if not check with them the best way to do backups and what tools they supply.

The simplest way to backup just the forum files is download them via FTP so you keep a copy elsewhere.

That's what I do - just before bed time, I FTP in, create a folder on my local computer and drag the root to my local folder.
ALL files get copied locally while I sleep.
I know my host makes SQL backups, but I make them on occasion, too, so I can use a real database on my local sandbox computer for testing.
