I just installed version 9.64, and did all the setup and everything seems to work ok, but when I try to go into any of the forums, I get the following error message:
Error Type:
(0x8002801D)
Library not registered.
/forum2/functions/functions_filters.asp, line 673
Can anyone tell me what this error is and how to fix it?

The part that is throwing up the error using Regular Expressions which are part of VbScript 5 which has been around since around 2000.
There could be a few reasons for this, it could be that you are using an old NT 4 system which doesn't have VbScript 5 installed, the VbScript 5 installation is corrupted, or for some reason Regular Expressions are disabled.
The VbScript 5 engine comes with IE, so probably the best thing to do is to install the latest version of IE on the server (not the client side) and see if that fixes the issue.
