I have a brand free version of newspad. I have modified this site for norwegian special characters. Everything is working very nice. I have also made a fresh installation of web wiz forum (free edition) and modified this forum for norwegian characters. Everythin is working nice.
But! When I integrate the forum with the newspad I discovered an error. THE NEWS BULLETINS THAT IS SHOWN ON THE FORUM SITE HAS NO NORWEGIAN CHARACTERS.
Can anybody give me hint to correct this error

The Web Wiz Forums reads the NewsPad bulletins from RSS Feeds.

RSS Feeds use XML which is then parsed. The problem with XML is that it works fine usually with UTF8 but other character encodings don't do so well.

Try having a look at NewsPads RSS Feed and see if it has the correct encoding. From memory I beleive that the RSS Feeds in NewsPad take their encoding from a different place to the NewsPad pages in the includes/setup_options_inc.asp file.
