Hi,started a forum using web wiz a few weeks ago,is there any way i can stop members signing up anonimouse,(excuse spelling)

Yes
You can turn on email activation so that new users need to use a valid email address when registering. This will prevent anonymous users from signing up with no email, as they will need to receive an email activation before they can post
