is there any one who can tell me how to configure this to show 2 languages
this is the message attached to my email in order to un suscribe. i want to add a second language. any help would be appreciated. i cant find where this is configured in the control panel

This text is held in the files in the language_file folder. You would need to edit these files in notepad and locate the text that you wish to alter.

any help on this matter. i installed 2 langusges in my newsletter. english and french. all looks good in the preview, but when i send it to an email address, the french language is screw up. and suggestions

If you are using accented characters etc. you may find you need to HTML encode them so they display correctly.

Do a search on Google for HTML Encoding. You should hopefully find some reference websites.

HTML encoding looks like &111; and browsers turn this into which ever character it represents.

thanks for the info. i did some checking on encoding in html and it seems pretty clear. problem is i am using web wiz news letter. when i create a news letter with this program, i dont have many choices. i create the letter in their wisiwig editor and the preview is perfect. problem arises when the newsletter sends it to anybody. helppppppppp
