installation error

Hi all,

and everything went well up to step 12.
when I click Next I got the following error message
 Error An Error Occurred Writing the Database Settings FilePlease check that you have Read, Write, and Modify Permissions on the Web Wiz Forums 'Database' Directory. This means that you do not have read, write, and modify permissions on the forums 'database' directory.
