Our site uses the older 7.9 version and we get way to many robot sign ups( 6 per day at least)-Is there a way to have a security sign for new users to actually view to sign up?
I'm the admin for the site
www.offshoreanglers.com
Thanks for any ideas
Mark

7.9 is many years out of date and the 7.x version reached it's end of life state about 3 years ago so is out of support now.

To have better spam prevention you should upgrade to the latest 9.65 release and then have a look at the page below:-

Also does 9.65 make the new users registering have to go thru a image code box ID which is what is needed to keep most robot spammers out?
