“The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time”

The error message appears every time when attempts to mount the database. I have very important data in it so please tell me what to do to save that data.

Have a look and see if there is a lock file for the Access database in the same folder. It should have .lck on the end. If so then delete this file.
