the problem i am having is trying to send newslettter emails in french. like many, there is a character problem. i think i have traced it down to a problem with web wiz its self. in creating a news letter in french, in the preview newsletter it works perfect. all the french characters are there. problem arises when sending the newsletter. the preview EMAIL removes all the special characters prior to send it, as shown here. if you look at the previous preview below, all is perfect

The characters are not removed. Your email client would be using a different page encoding to that used by your NewsPad installation.

If you change the page encoding in your email pclient program it would display the characters correctly.

thanks for the great support. yes, i installed mozilla and set encoding to utf-8 and when i receive the email, all is ok. now, lets say my email program is closed. i create a french news letter. in the browser preview all is great. when i send myself a copy through preview email, this on my screen displays characters all screwed up but when i open the email is now ok. this tells me that there is a problem with the encoding in newspad(preview email)
