forum warning bar

is there any way someone can write a code to allow each member to have a 'warning icon'?

for example, if a member gets to a point where they need a warning from one of the mods, then the warning is given , and a small bar underneath there profile is coloured in to register that they've had an 'official warning from the mods',  that way when they get to three warnings they automatically get suspended.?

for example

Warn: ( javascript:PopUp%28http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?act=warn&mid=599542&CODE=view,Pager,500,450,0,1,1,1%29" rel="nofollow - 0 %) -----

Can someone help

The Mod Team on my forum just use the profile notes section and that way we all know who's been told off and what for etc.

There is also the Member Title which is available only for admins and moderators when editing a members profile.

This Member Title is shown under the members avatar next to their posts. Allot of forums use this for bad members or those that are told off.

I could use the Member Title but I was hoping to just add a simple warning picture can the forum code be changed so I can add a picture to the Member Title

I'm guessing that no-one has an answer for you yet
Why not do we what we do and just have a dedicated forum topic for your admin and mods? When someone steps on their "private part" then have a discussion and one of you decide to PM that person and say something like -
"Look - you are crossing the line"

I think if you have a warning symbol as you suggest that will perhaps alienate forum members and cause confusion amongst your group. The other (probably not what you are looking for) alternative, is to upload your image to Photobucket and then if someone does something wrong, you quote their post with your warning images - like so:

I'd prefer like a Warning Bar of sorts below the username of someone. It can have say three blank circles and whenever a member does something bad an admin can click on a circle which would turn red to say one warning. When all three circles are turned red they are banned.
