Hello,

From the Hosting Space Menu, I select web sites and finally click on the name of my website - neuaccess.com. A dialogue box opens named Web Site Properties. In the box is an error message stating: 'Error reading web site information.'

The Technical Details are:Page URL:
Logged User: xxxxxx
Work on Behalf: xxxxxx
Hosting Space: 503
Stack Trace: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> Filename: file://%5C%5C?%5CC:%5CHostingSpaces%5Carnotouring%5Cneuaccess.com%5Cwwwroot%5Cweb.config" rel="nofollow - \\?\C:\HostingSpaces\arnotouring\neuaccess.com\wwwroot\web.config
Error: Cannot read configuration file

What gives?

This error often happens if you have deleted the wwwroot folder for the website and/or changed the permissions on this folder.

Please fill in a support ticket from your Client Area account so that we can rebuild the websites folders and permissions for you.
