ok, I got the forums working great. But when I enable notify through email part in admin section...oops When I reply to a post, after clicking post, the next page comes up blank, my email settings are aspmail with my isp smtp outgoing address, but it does not work...I have read through the docs, I am missing something...thx for any help. ----------------------------------- error: error '80040211' /forum/send_mail_function.inc, line 123 ----------------------------------- PS, my cousin, who runs http://www.southfloridaangler.com - www.southfloridaangler.com saw I was using webwiz boards, he liked it so much he switched!, great product. |

I don't think that's the answer to your problem but are you running your own server? if not you got to use your webhost's smtp... your ISP's smtp won't rely emails unless it comes from their IP range.... but I don't even think that would cause an error, i guess the email will just get lost in cyberspace, mostlikely your problem is what Bliss said.

You may also have a corrupted file as line 123 of that file should be a comment. Try reuploading. I have a similar error to do with CDONTS.
