I am using the HOSTED version of WWF.
How do I enable forum moderation?
Settings Enabled: Adminsitrator Group - New Topics, Post Reply, Edit Posts, Delete Posts, Post Approval, Forum Moderator
Moderator Group - New Topics, Post Reply, Edit Posts, Delete Posts,
Post Approval, Forum Moderator
Member Group - New Topics, Post Reply, Edit Posts, Delete Posts
Does this do it?

Not quite Rick Forum moderation - you mean that posts are moderated before they appear (like approved)?
If so, then in your Group & Member Tools choose Group Administration, and then select first the Administrator Group (or admin depending on what yours says) Generally speaking that Group (which should only be you really) ticks in everything except Post Approval (since you do not need to approve your own posts)
Moderator Group - Usually should not need post approval in which case if they do, then don;t make them moderators
Member Group (I assume you mean new members or perhaps forum members) Perhaps you want them to have post approval (it depends on how you want to set the forum up)
Here is an example from one of our forums, with the groups shown and the ticks where and who does what:
