Yesterday i moved from Vista to Win7. After I reinstalled all software including dreamweaver, i got an error while editing files in DW and then try to save them. This only happens if my site is also opened in localhost. If the site on localhost is closed then I can save edited files ( Css only ).
I never had this problem before so not sure what to do.

(I know this is an old post but if you're still monitoring it...) Most likely the error is due to the webserver locking the file, since you said you couldn't save while open as localhost.
