I'm getting this error when I try to run an application that runs fine on my local system. I'm seeing from some quick searches that this appears to be an error related to the trust level? I tried using IIS Manager to change the trust level to full on my site - but it throws another error about being unable to use this configuration at this path due to it being locked at a parent level.

By default all websites run in a Custom Medium/High Trust Mode. This is locked and can not be overridden by yourself.

Your website has now been placed in ASP.NET 4.0 Full Trust Mode and I have checked your application and it is now working.

If you require any other websites placed in to Full Trust please fill in a support ticket requesting the change and will make the changes for you.
