have lastest version ip blocking not working have blocked some ips but still see them on site

please help

The IP Blocking within Web Wiz Forums doesn't block the IP address from entering the forum completely, instead it disables the person who uses that IP so that they can only browse public forums, but they can not register, post, send Private Messages, enter restrictive forums, etc.

You also need to make sure you use the correct format, you need to enter either the whole IP address, or if you only enter part of the IP then place a * on the end eg:-

192.168.1.1
192.168.*
