I have a RTE box set up on a page that is working fine, however, some people can not get the file attachment box to work correctly. They select the button, the pop-up is displayed, then they choose their file and select Upload. When they select OK, the link to the attached file does not go into the box.
It is working correctly for some people and not others on the exact same page. Any ideas on what can be causing this?

The action of selecting a file on your hard drive to upload is part of the web browser with fires up windows explorer to locate the file on your harddrive.
If it is not working then it sounds like an issue with the persons PC.

It is uploading the file fine, it's just not putting the link to the file in the RTE box.

This can happen if you don't place the cursor in the correct location and you then get an error regarding not being able to insert the object in the current location.
Before clicking the insert image or insert file button in the editors toolbar you need to place the cursor in a location within the editor where you want the image or link to be displayed.
