This is a novice question -

I am in the process of designing a website (and will be hosting it online) and I would like to place a message board forum within my site. I do not have my own server.

Which product or service should I be looking at to purchase?

Would I purchase the software and the hosting?

Can I then use the Forum Premium Edition Hosting to place a message board within my own site?

What is my best course of action?
