I am trying to setup my forum like this form is. with a header table at 990 pixels below that I want 2 cells one at 80% this will be the forum cell and another one at 20% this will be a Ad colum. then another cell below that that will be the footer. I was thinking the best way to do this was with iframes. If no than what is?

Do you mean iFrames for each cell? I can only assume that you wish to share the header with the rest of your site? If so, why not just use ASP Includes? No, I don't want it for each cell just the forum cell. Here is a pic of how I want to setup the forum.
 If I used include would I just create this template page and call it start.asp
then change the index.asp to point to the start.asp? then just put a include default.asp in the forum cell?
