there is a way to enter the post, the embed code from youtube, so as to preview the video, play directly with the post?

This is built in to version 9.50 and above, which includes an Add Movie button which also includes YouTube support and a preview window.

ok
how do I update my version? I downloaded version 9.69, I have to reload all the files? the database is always the same, or lose messages?

The update procedures are quite safe as long as you take some precautions first.
First, make a backup of your existing files as they are, and the database. Then look at the http://www.webwiz.net/webwizforums/kb/default.asp" rel="nofollow - upgrade instructions and just follow them
DO NOT OVERWRITE your uploads folder though otherwise you will lose the uploaded images from any members
