Problem solved by adding following statement to default_style.css
In the page body section:
Add following line : overflow-y: scroll;
Then the forum doesnt shake when scrollbar not needed! ;)

It does the same in FF. Actually is it worse in FF than in IE :)
But now it doesnt anymore!
