This is a revamp to the site that I have been working on for the last one and half years. It has entirely been a one man's show and hence also a breeding ground for many unresolved issues . I need to hear about the following points:

(1) Top left link (The old site) is unclear to read and not too important either as the articles in navigation take you to the same subject. It however helped my graphics in a positive manner. Am I doing a designing sin by doing so? Will such gimmicks annoy  the surfer?

(2) Though, I have used a Javascript to preload images, the document somehow gets downloaded in advance of the image preloads .  Why so?

(3) The images under the banner of Graphics open up in a pop up window. Do many forbid the same on their browsers?

(4) Putting a bookmark option on each page--is that unethical?
