For those of you who don't know, a Meta-Mod lets users see moderated messages by other users and they can vote whether the moderation was a bit too harsh, if the moderators are kinda letting the user get away with it, if it was fair, etc. This will be useful to see what other users think of a moderation so that moderators will become better.

The Report Post to Moderator is in the corner of every post. If users find an offensive post, they click on that it will be sent to moderator's Private Messenger/E-mail so they can act on it.
