how i change Forum Banner Image
i take the dark skin

Login to the control panel of your forum
Choose Setup and Configuration
Scroll down to Skin and choose Configure Forum Skin
2nd box down Forum Banner Image

Enter the http address to the location of the image
Click Update Skin and then it should be there
