I am looking for time zone mod able to +/- 30 minutes in user control panel.

kindly direct me to a mod or solution If a free version is available
and if someone can do it How much you will charge.

To be more specific even if it handles adding 5 hrs 30 minutes to GMT then also i wld wrk for me for now.

This was looked in to and about 30 hours was spent on this however handling 30 minute time off-sets caused all types of issues and errors as Classic ASP can only obtain the time from the server and not UTC or GMT Time.
