Hi,

I had a problem with the sessions on 9.69 so I updated on 9.70 and solved them.

However although I have purchased a licence key and the adsense was running ok on 9.69, it doesn't work on 9.70. Confused

I saw that the configuration file is ok and I have made all the appropriate changes in the control panel. However there are no header ads or between post ads!

I also noticed that the google_adsense.inc file was removed from 9.70. How can we add adsense now?

Please help.

Just to add did you actually edit this file? forum/includes/ads_inc.asp

It appears that you would need to enter any coding in there:

'If you have purchased a license key from Web Wiz then change the variable below to True and eneter your ad code below
blnAdEnabled = False


'Enter your ad code below for ads shown in the forum header
strForumHeaderAd = "<script type=""text/javascript"" src=""http://syndication.webwiz.net/pagead/?L=wffh""></script>"

'Enter your ad code below for ads shown within posts

Hi,

I saw the file you pointed out.

However I don't know how to enter the Google Adsense code.

After I got it from my Adsense account, I put it but it turned to an unspecified error.

Any help appreciated.

You can not simply copy and paste the Google AdSense code straight into that file.

You need to make sure it is all on one line, is surrounded by the quotes ( " ).

And any quotes in googles code need to be turned into double quotes (ie "" ) as you can see in TWS's post.
