Just looking at the V10 Beta install, and I do not see any way to create different ladder groups, or any real reference to them other than selecting the ladder group for the member group.

Is this part coming later or simply missed out by accident?

or even just not available for "free" forums?

The Admin option to create Ladder Groups still needs some work and so is not in the present beta 1 but will be in beta 2 along with being able to add links to the forum list.
