when I disable Twitter Tweet Button And Facebook Like Button in admin control panel, layout of Forum_posts.asp page get displaced.

Thank-you for reporting this issue, this problem happens if you disable the Facebook Like button from the admin area as it drops theCSS for topic pages.

The problem has been fixed for the next beta release.
