Hi,
I'm pretty new to Paypal and can't seem to get my head around it.
Basically i have built my own shopping cart etc. I have one end variable "Price" that i want to send to my paypal account where the customer can make payment or cancel etc.
I want paypal to send me back a variable so that i can determin if the user paid or cancelled.
I can't seem to find anything on paypal that can simply do this! they have buy now buttons but you can't set the value dynamically and there's no return variable(s) options.
any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can use a form to submit the description and amount to PayPal which can then send a callback to a page on your website which includes if the payment was successful.
