Ho can I customize the default holding page that appears when the site is paused? _holding.htm doesnt seem to be used...

The _holding.htm page can be modified to your own holding page on Reseller Account. This page is then shown on a running website until a default page for the website is uploaded.

When a website is paused all services for that website are suspended by the web server. Any requests received for a website that does not have running services would result in the web server returning a generic default page for the web server itself.

The generic default page of the web server is displayed for any domain which is pointing to that web server which does not have running web services. Unfortunately as this page is shared it is not customisable.
