In which text file is placed the Forum Rules and Policies but it does not have the file in registration_polices_file.asp WWF 10 ?

I am looking to translate Forum Rules and Policies but can not find.

If I understand the question correctly...it is now a field in the database...look at your admin options under REGISTRATION SETTINGS.
