I have a question on upgrading to v10 please, thinking about doing that very soon.

It's been aaaaaaages since I did any upgrading on our forums and have completely forgotten how to do it.

What is the situation for forums like mine which are hosted by Web Wiz and just paid monthly with regards to upgrading?

Do we have to buy v10 additionally or just perform an upgrade?

You should create a support ticket in your Client Area account, we will then be able to upgrade your Web Wiz Forum for you.

If you have a Web Wiz Forums hosting solution then it will include the Premium Edition of Web Wiz Forums so there would be no charges for the update or any licensing fees for the Premium Edition.
