Is it possible, or would it be a mod, to pull a report of likes and shares for posts (social media)?

It would be very hard to implement within the forum software as Facebook Like, Twritter Tweet, Google +1 would be very hard if not impossible to intercept the click and record and even harder to know if the person then went on to complete.
However, you should be able to find out this information from these sites. Facebook gives you page insights and Googles web master tools lists how many +1's your website has and for which pages.

@Cavcom There is a free service www.addthis.com which attempts to track all shares, it has a lot of customisation options as well to display with a really good analytics section. It's not 100% accurate but as good as it gets and should be quite easy for you to install on WWF.
